A 22,500 square meter indoor ski area can be found at Ski Dubai. For the full year, the park is maintained between -1 and 2 degrees Celsius. It is a part of Dubai, United Arab Emirates’ Mall of the Emirates, one of the biggest shopping centers in the world. In Ski Dubai, the snow is genuine, it is created using a natural technique using compressed air and water spray. There is no concern about melting at Ski Dubai because the temperature is always -4 degrees. You may take advantage of attractions like the Snow Cinema, the rides at the Snow Park, and even get up close and personal with snow penguins while you’re near the ski slopes.
Package Inclusions
- Please present your entry ticket upon arrival according to your selected option.
- For your safety, ski/snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets will be provided at the venue.
- Snow Plus includes all Snow Classic inclusions, with the option to choose between a 2-hour skiing/snowboarding session (intermediate level 2 required), or two rides on the Snow Bullet (zipline).
- Snow Classic includes full-day access to Snow Park, Snow Cavern, Tobogganing, Giant Ball, Bob sleigh, Tube Run, Bumper Car, one-time ride on the Chairlift, and one-time ride on Mountain Thriller.
- 2 Hour Slope Session includes a 2-hour skiing/snowboarding session (intermediate level 2 required) with winter gear provided (except hat), and locker storage. Access to the Snow Park is not included.
- Snow Premium includes unlimited access to snow fun activities and rides (Tobogganing, Bobsled, Tubing Run, Snow Bumpers, Zorb Ball, Chairlift, Mountain thriller, Snow Bullet), a Penguin-Friend Encounter (40 mins.), and either a Slope Day Pass for experienced skiers/snowboarders or a 1-hour Discovery Lesson for those who have never skied/snowboarded before. Hot chocolate drink, hand warmers, regular clothing and equipment, jacket, trouser, disposable socks, snow/ski/snowboard boots, and waterproof gloves are provided, and a locker is included. Remember that hats are not provided with winter gear and that cell phones are not allowed during the Penguin-Friend Encounter.

Need to know information
- To access the indoor ski slope at Ski Dubai, visitors of all ages must be able to stop safely, maintain control of their speed, link turns, and operate the chairlifts.Â
- Children must be three years old or older to enter for safety reasons. When their parents fly down the slopes, two-year-olds may have fun in the snow park.
- Anybody under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a partner who is at least 16 years old.
- The Snow Premium experience requires confirmation of the booking slot at least 48 hours before the visit date, which our team will coordinate with you.
- Please carry our confirmation email with you at the venue. If you do not receive the email, kindly check with our team on the booking status before visiting.
- Children under 13 years old are required to wear helmets.
- For your safety, we provide ski/snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets at the venue.
- To ride on the Snow Bullet, children must be at least eight years old, 125 cm in height, and weigh more than 30 kg, while adults must not weigh more than 120 kg. Some rides and features have height and weight restrictions.
- Please note that cameras and mobile phones are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
- Drinking and eating on the cold side are only allowed at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant during their operating hours.
- Optional activities included in the Snow Daycation Pass are subject to availability. If your chosen activity is not available on the visit date, you can select another activity mentioned in the inclusions.
- Please note that slope access is available for experienced skiers/snowboarders only. Also, the venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant women are not allowed to participate in the activities
- The Chairlift will be unavailable from 11/04/2023 to 14/04/2023.
- To experience the I-Fly Standard Package (2 Minutes Flight) at the City Centre, please arrive at the venue 60 minutes before the selected demo session time slot.
